🇺🇸 TERMS OF SERVICES

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions of use, and other necessary matters between Monsterschool and users in relation to the use of mobile applications and related services provided by Monsterschool.

Article 2. Definitions

The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:

“Monsterschool” refers to the individual business operator that provides mobile applications and related services.
“Service” refers to mobile applications, learning content, paid content, and related services provided by Monsterschool.
“User” refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
“Content” refers to learning materials, questions, images, text, functions, digital content, and other materials provided within the Service.
“Paid Service” refers to paid content or paid features that a User may purchase or use through in-app purchases.
“App Market” refers to platforms that distribute mobile applications and process payments, such as Google Play and Apple App Store.

Article 3. Posting and Effect of Terms

Monsterschool posts these Terms through the service screen, app market listing page, website, or any other method that allows Users to access and review them.
By downloading or using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
If a User does not agree to these Terms, the User must stop using the Service.

Article 4. Changes to Terms

Monsterschool may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
If these Terms are amended, Monsterschool will notify Users of the amended content and effective date through the service screen, website, or other appropriate means.
If changes are material or unfavorable to Users, Monsterschool will provide notice at least 30 days before the effective date. Other changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date.
