BubbleShare Terms of Use

Welcome to BubbleShare Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BubbleShare website at https://bubbleshare.io and our related subscription services, including the Keyword Planner and AI Visibility Analysis tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Services
BubbleShare offers two primary online services:
- Keyword Planner: A keyword research tool that provides data on search volume, SEO difficulty, and related metrics for keywords on Google and Naver.
- AI Visibility Analysis: A free, one-time report that analyzes a brand's online visibility. This service is provided to you at no cost in an online meeting with our team and is not a part of any paid subscription.
Your right to use these Services is limited to the subscription plan you select. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided by the Services, as it is sourced from third-party platforms like Google and Naver.
2. Subscription Plans and Payment
- Plans: We offer Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise (custom) plans. Starter and Pro are available for self-subscription, while Enterprise requires direct contact with our sales team.
- Free Trial: All paid plans include a one-time 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, your access will be immediately downgraded to the Free plan.
- Billing: All payments are processed via our third-party payment processor, PortOne. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to use a billing key to charge you for recurring subscription fees on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
- Payment Failure: In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the paid Services.
- Refunds: All processed payments are non-refundable, except in cases of technical billing errors. There are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
