Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") is to govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and its members in relation to the use of the blockchain-based survival quiz game service, CashPang (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by Pang Games PTE. LTD., a Singapore corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Member (Player): A person who uses the Service after agreeing to these Terms and connecting their decentralized wallet (e.g., KAIA/USDT compatible wallet).
2. Service: The "CASHPANG" survival quiz game, rewards system, and all incidental services provided via the Line Unifi/KAIA network.
3. Digital Assets: Blockchain-based assets including KAIA, USDT, and Participation Tickets used or acquired within the Service.
4. Participation Ticket: A digital item required to enter specific game sessions (e.g., Premium Game #4).
5. Rewards: Digital Assets paid to Players who successfully survive rounds according to the rules set within the Game.
6. Abusing: Any act of using unauthorized programs (bots, macros), multiple accounts by a single user, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Chapter 2: Conclusion and Management of the Agreement

Article 3 (Agreement and Approval)

1. A Service Agreement is concluded when a Player connects their wallet and agrees to these Terms.
2. The Company may refuse approval or terminate the agreement if:
   • The applicant is under the age of 19.
   • The applicant uses a stolen or unauthorized wallet address.
   • The applicant has a history of being banned for Abusing or violating Terms.
   • Access is attempted from a restricted jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited by law.

Chapter 3: Intellectual Property and Licenses

Article 4 (Ownership)

All intellectual property rights related to the Service Content (graphics, quiz data, software, trademarks) belong exclusively to the Company or its licensors.

Article 5 (Limited License)

The Company grants Players a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. This license does not grant any ownership rights over the Service’s technology or source code.
