• Family booking flow wireframes completed by Designer; April 15
• First design review session held with Vitalbridge co-founder; April 17
• CR-001 — in-app messaging request formally reviewed and rejected by project sponsor following PM impact analysis presentation. Contact request feature confirmed as MVP communication solution
• Backend Developer commenced database schema planning based on confirmed requirements
• Payment gateway API documentation received and reviewed by Backend Developer -integration approach confirmed
• Sprint 1 planning meeting held — Sprint 1 covers UI/UX Design completion and backend schema planning
