• Two discovery sessions conducted with Vitalbridge co-founders covering all functional and non-functional requirements
• Full requirements document drafted covering family-side and caregiver-side features
• Formal client sign-off received from Vitalbridge co-founders on document - April 10
• Third party payment confirmed; integration documentation received from provider
• UI/UX Designer briefed on approved requirements and design sprint begins April 11
• Competitor analysis of 3 similar caregiver platforms completed to inform design direction
• Risk register updated with two new risks identified during requirements gathering sessions

• UI/UX Design sprint begins; family booking flow wireframes to be completed by April 15
• Caregiver profile flow wireframes to be completed by April 17
• First design review with Vitalbridge co-founder scheduled for April 17
