• Project kickoff meeting held on April 1 with full team and Vitalbridge Technologies Ltd co-founder in attendance
• Project charter reviewed, agreed and signed off by project sponsor
• MVP scope, timeline, budget and team responsibilities formally communicated to all team members
• Communication plan activated; daily standup schedule confirmed at 9am
• Project workspace set up in Notion with task tracker, risk register, stakeholder log and project documentation
• Requirements gathering officially commenced on April 1 with initial discovery session held with Vitalbridge co-founders
• Third party payment gateway provider shortlisted; confirmation expected by April 5

Planned for next week

• Complete requirements gathering and document all functional and non-functional requirements by April 10
• Conduct second discovery session with Vitalbridge co-founders to validate requirements
• Obtain formal client sign-off on requirements document before UI/UX Design begins
• Confirm third party payment gateway provider
