- Life roles have been color coded and coordinate with the colored tags on the High Level Time Budget so you can see exactly where your time is spent.
- You can have fewer or more life roles. It's up to you. When thinking about your life roles, ask yourself why it's important to you and how you'll support that role with your budgeted time.
- Think of these as guidelines - a way to establish your priorities and know exactly how much time you've got to give.

- Be active 2x/day for 45 minutes each (one must be outside)
- Plan and prepare my meals on Sunday
- Therapy sessions
- Drink 12 8oz glasses of water each day
- Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night
- Break up work sessions longer than 3 hours with 10 minute meditations or a walk outside
