How to Use Template Messages in Novochat

Step 1

Once you logged in to your workspace, go to Settings > Templates

Step 2

Click Add New to create your own template

Step 3

Then, you will be directed to a new window where you can set your own words as template messages, here you can,

• Set name of your template
• Customize message content for certain purposes such as greetings messages, office messages, refund requests, and others
• Insert placeholders and add translation if necessary

Step 4

Once you're done, hit the Submit button. And That's it!

Step 5

Check your saved template message. It will appear on the template window. Here you can also Edit and Delete your existing template
