Information We Collect Account information (email address via Apple Sign-In), display name, age, and gender (optional), goals and vision statements you provide, tasks and milestones you create, call schedule preferences, call style, voice, and language preferences, and approximate location data (for weather personalization).

How We Use Your Information To generate personalized AI coaching calls, to deliver scheduled calls at your preferred times, to incorporate relevant context into your calls, to track your progress, tasks, and milestones, to manage your subscription, and to improve our services.

Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with the providers listed above to deliver Telvo's features.

Your Rights You can delete your account and all associated data through app settings, request a copy of your data by contacting us, and withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the app.

Data Retention We retain your data while your account is active. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
