This is a role with a strong focus on Customer Engagement Platform Integrations/Migration, where you'll be creating and building innovative Customer Engagement solutions that would impact thousands of people.
You'll be working closely with the Head of Marketing & Growth, product, and other marketing teams across the business to optimize and automate campaigns, adopting and deploying the latest technology to remain at the forefront of CRM innovation.
Owning Aumio’s integration of the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) and starting CRM channels– by taking a proactive role in technical CRM project management
Supporting the development and maintenance of Aumio’s CEP Tech infrastructure. Not just mere campaigns, but insights-led customer engagement.
Improving retention, customer engagement, and monetization through CRM initiatives
Overseeing a variety of channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, email and
Whatsapp (at a later stage)
Building smart segmentation such as RFM, Affinity-based segments, and predictions, and
being analytics with funnel analytics, and user paths.
Create user journeys, define custom events and attributes for user segmentation
Improve lifecycle metrics; onboarding/activation/engagement/churn
Coordinate the launch of new features, and give insights on how to improve retention and
Support Aumio’s user growth through referral campaigns and increase K-factor through loyal users.
Continually looking to improve CRM channels, AI/ML capabilities of and data utilization as
well as maintaining a benchmark of technical setups across business entities.
Converting users to payers and payers to loyalists in order to increase referral and app
Your Metrics: Onboarding to registration, customer engagement, retention and subscription growth through CRM Channels.
