The Role
You will:
- Execute with the founders on the recruiting strategy
- Source passive and active candidates through various resources including recruiting tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter), referrals and events to build a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Own and drive the full lifecycle recruiting process from research and planning, interview process to closing of offers
- Constantly review and improve the recruiting and interview processes for both candidates and hiring teams while ensuring positive and inclusive candidates experience
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales to innovate and execute hiring initiatves across the company

Skills and experience:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience communicating a technical product to engineers & other potential candidates
- You're excited about building for other engineers and working directly with customers
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with and scaling API companies
