The Voxel comprises a 2200 sqft performance blackbox, a 1900 sqft lobby, and 3000 sqft of production and support spaces. A pipe grid is installed over the majority of the building, so the space can be reconfigured to suit by using curtains.

As the theater is a flexible blackbox space, there are no permanent stage lights. All lighting in the theater is hung anew for every project.
