ℹ️ Borrowing a play from Org Design for Design Orgs, this workshop will define our design team's charter - our Purpose, Values, Behaviours, and Norms. Our goal is to align on our unique ‘why’ - who we are, how we work, what matters most to us. The outputs of
this effort will provide a valuable resource for our own team, as well as a reference point as we engage more deeply with other teams, continue hiring and growing.
