Q: What’s the Foundation of ALIGN? What’s it about.

A: Align is fundamentally a strength team. I don’t believe in pigeon holing ourselves into ONE modality, because as humans we’re designed to flourish when STRENGTH, Mobility, flexibility and cardio are aligned. I combine traditional strength trianing, deep core work from pilates + mobility and breath from yoga.

Q: What about running? Can I do both?

A: While this is NOT a running program, it’s a great supplement for runners. See HERE for link to a suggested sample splits historically. I have run marathons, ultra marthon relays, half marathons, spartans… this programming has been SO helpful in helping me get faster and stay injury free.

Q: Can I do these workouts at home?

A: Absolutely - this program can be done at home or the gym.

Q: I kind of want to go to the gym, but I’m intimidated what’s your advice?

A: It’s all of our first time being alive and most people have NO idea what they’re doing in the gym. But you’re perfectly positioned bc you have a plan! a few ground rules:
