This is not a tick-box exercise. This is about seeing your team clearly. Where they actually are with AI right now. Not where you hope they are, not where your job description says they should be. Where they actually are.
Time: 20 minutes of honest thinking. Worth it.

You have seen the standard ones. Score each statement from 1-5. Add up the numbers. Get a total. Feel vaguely informed but no clearer on what to actually do.
The problem is they measure the wrong thing. They measure intention ("I believe AI will change how we work" - great, so does everyone). They do not measure reality.
This assessment is different. It looks at five dimensions of your team's actual readiness. Not what people say in surveys. What you can observe.
For each dimension, read the descriptions. Find the one that sounds most like your team right now. Be honest. Nobody is scoring you on this.
Forget what people say in meetings. Look at what actually happens day to day.
Your team talks about AI. A few people have tried ChatGPT for personal stuff. Maybe someone used it to write a birthday message or plan a holiday. But nobody is using it for actual work. Not properly.

What is actually going on: Your team is not resistant. They are stuck at the starting line. They do not know how to start, and nobody has made it a priority.
