Team Planeteers, composed of students from Santa Fe College in the United States and Al-Hussein Technical University in Jordan created an online platform, Paragon, which helps food industry stakeholders optimize the communication in the supply chain and supply and demand forecasting by providing an agile, transparent way to exchange data to decrease the negative environmental and economic effects created by food waste.
