  1. Worked as Dean(R&D), MIT World Peace University– (April-September 2019)
  2. Worked as Professor and Director of MIT School of Telecom Management, Pune, India – 12 Years (1 August 2007) to (30 March 2019).
  3. Worked as Professor in MBA Dept. of MAEER’s MIT, Pune, Maharashtra, India – (2007- 2009).
  4. Worked as Assistant Professor in E &TC Dept. of MAEER’s MIT, Pune, Maharashtra, India – (2003 to 2007).
  5. Worked as Training and Placement Officer in Engineering and MBA Department of Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon, Maharashtra, India – (1996 to 2003).

Book Publications: Dr. Milind has written a world class text book on Mobile Communications with core focus on Indian Telecom ecosystem in collaboration with Prof Rishi Kappal. The book, titled‚ Next Generation Mobile Communications-Mobile, Infra Technology, Management, Data‛ is published by McGraw Hill Education. R&D / Product Development:

  1. Dr. Milind has been instrumental developing the social product. He believes that technology cannot only bring comfort but also help in uplifting the rural masses. With this vision in mind, he has developed social products in healthcare, agriculture, and education sector.
  2. M-Agri System: A mobile based application which helps farmers to get information about crops, soil condition, weather condition, where data is stored, updated and broadcasted at regular intervals. Through Hybrid Hexagonal Energy Efficient (H2E2) Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) platform precision agriculture by covering maximum area in minimum sensors, increased energy efficiency, network lifetime and reducing cost is possible.
  3. Mobi Tech: It is a mobile education technology which helps to educate rural masses through Mobile internet Device (MID). Pre-configured MID has classroom sessions for class 5th and 10th standard students where a child can learn on his own.
  4. Mobile Attendance: Mobile Based attendance system developed on Android platform using WiFi or cellular network in campus to mark the attendance and this intelligent system authenticates the student in the provided classrooms or seminar halls.
  5. MobileHealth: An application named EasyPatho working on android platform takes microscopic image of blood as an input, provides report as an output and these reports can be easily send to doctors and patients anywhere in the world.
  6. Highway Traffic Management System(HTMS) deals with crucial issues like speed control, accidents and emergency support on the highways and this will be effectively used for monitoring weather, incident detection, video surveillance, classification of vehicles sizes and count using IR based non-intrusive sensors. Qualifications:
  7. Ph. D. in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication, ‛Design & Development of some energy efficient wireless sensor network for precision Agriculture.
  8. Ph. D. in Business Management (International Trades) in March 2004
  9. Post Doctorate Research Fellowship from (ICSSR), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New Delhi – April 2008-2010.
