Biography
Tay Ining (b. 1988, Singapore) works as a fabrication designer at a SME metalworking shop. She explores the neglected creative potential of fabrication industries in Singapore and helps architects, artists, designers and engineers realise their projects through sharing her understanding on manufacturing industry.
