Position

We are a multi-family office startup run by a team of experienced fund managers and tech entrepreneurs. The assets that we manage include publicly traded securities, VC/PE funds, private loan portfolio, startups and crypto. We are looking for an experienced and curious person with tax and financial background who will co-create the product with us and help us invest better.

Responsibilities

• General tax administration with assistance of external tax consultants
• Communication and relationship development with banks/brokers, managing KYC procedures, negotiating terms
• Assisting in making private investments, checking documents with lawyers/tax, establishing SPVs
• Giving buy/sell instructions for liquid securities portfolio
• Performing audits, managing audit process
• Finding and selecting tax, legal and other service providers
• Performing wide range of tasks related to making investments and tax/legal infrastructure creation and maintenance

Requirements and skills

• General understanding of tax regulation
• General experience in finance
• Readiness to work on a wide range of tasks related to investment process and infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience with brokers or investment funds will be an advantage
• Fluent English, Russian
