Effective date: May 10, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to your use of the mobile application TasksMap (the "Application"), provided by Katsuya Takemura (the "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.
TasksMap is a location-based task reminder application. The Application lets you save places, attach tasks to those places, and receive local notifications when your device detects that you arrive at or leave a saved place.
The Application is intended for personal productivity and reminder use only. It is not intended for emergency, safety, medical, security, child monitoring, fleet tracking, or other critical uses.
The Application may be provided as a freemium service.
The free plan may limit the number of saved places or other features. TasksMap Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, such as multiple saved places, while your subscription entitlement remains active.
The features included in each plan may change over time. We will not remove paid access you have already purchased during the then-current subscription period unless required for legal, technical, security, or platform policy reasons.
TasksMap Pro is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions using the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
Before you confirm a purchase, the applicable app store or paywall will show the subscription product, price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional terms if offered.
Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged by the applicable app store for the next billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless the applicable app store states otherwise.
The Application does not directly process payments, store payment card details, or issue app store refunds. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple, Google, or the applicable app store provider according to their policies and applicable law.
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, the offer terms shown at the time of purchase apply. If the offer converts to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the end of the trial or promotional period to avoid charges.
