Status

• Backlog - task not in Sprint
• To Do - new task in Sprint
• In progress - a dev work with it
• Review/In testing - the main development is done
• Done - completed task
• Archived - deprecated task

How-to

• Add new tasks in "Backlog" (except critical, these should go directly into Sprint with "To Do" or "In progress" statuses)
• When scheduling a sprint, move tasks from "Backlog" to "To Do"
• When a dev decides to start a task, he changes the status to "In progress"
• When during a Sprint, a dev decides pause a task, he moves it to "Backlog"
• When developing is complete, a dev moves a task to "Review/Testing"
• When something goes wrong, the task is moved from "Review/Testing" to "In progress"
• Don't move a task from "Review/Testing" and "Done" to "Backlog"!
• "Done" status only applies to completed and deployed tasks
