By default, Likvido is supposed to be as automatic as possible.

However, sometimes we need a reaction to something. We don't want to start debt collections automatically as it's your customer (unless you set up a rule to automate it) or pay your bills. We need your actions.

To handle this, we've the 'task list' as a central part of the solution:

There are generally two types of tasks:

• System tasks. These are tasks generated by Likvido, when there is some action we need your help with. These are automatically closed when a task has been solved (example: you have a todo for 'Invoice is paused' - and you unpause it - then the todo will automatically go away)
• Personal tasks. You can always create tasks for yourself (ie 'Follow-up if Martin paid the invoice on time..'), and use this as your internal task list for your accounting

Managing tasks

By default, all tasks have a deadline. You can also create tasks without a deadline, but all system todos have a deadline.

The deadline we assign to system tasks is based on how fast we would recommend action. However, it's up to you how fast you want to solve them. You can always open the todo and change the deadline:
