1. How Tasks Enter the System

1.1 Approved Intake Channels

All requests must enter through one of the following:

• Task Intake Form (primary)
• Email to EA (formal requests)
• Slack message to EA (quick internal requests)

Founder does not accept direct requests except:

• Strategic decisions requiring her involvement
• Investor or board-critical matters

1.2 No Direct-to-Founder Rule

Anyone sending tasks directly to the founder is redirected:

"Please submit this through the Task Intake Form so we can prioritize and ensure it gets handled properly."
