Heuristic Violation: Aesthetics and Minimal Design.
Explanation: Unnecessary effects have been used for the banner title, plus the header section is seemingly very cluttered, which is making the text hard to read. Another problem, for the iconography, too many colors have been used and it can be transformed into something visually intuitive. Now! The major problem herein is the typeface used for the instructions, which is a bit too small in size, and what's further making the text hard to read is the font style in place.
Recommendation: The top banner can be simplified with minimal design and for the information, a different typeface can be used with better iconography.
Navigation Panel

Heuristic Violation: Aesthetics and Minimal Design.
Explanation: The navigation panel seems quite good, the only problem herein is that all the options are displayed in capital letters with more or less no spacing between the letters and it's conclusively making the text hard to read.
Recommendation: All the options can be written in 'Running' letters with better spacing.
