• Define pitch/messaging to applicants
• Define Search Strategy
• Choose Platforms to Get applicants from
• Executing Hunt and Messaging strategies
• Review GitSight Candidates
• Schedule Calls and Interview Applicants
• Write Feedback to Applicants
• Suggest positions
• Communicate with candidates to keep them active and warm
• Review Database of applicants constantly to make sure information is up to date and positions are filled
