What we are looking for

Boxplot is seeking a Talent Associate to take our Talent Acquisition and Development function to the next level. You’ll be working most closely with the Founders to identify future members of the team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who has collected first experiences in a People (HR) function, ideally in a fast growing tech company, who has the ambition to become a People Acquisition & Development Leader (CHRO type of roles).


Who we are

Boxplot is a process collaboration platform. We believe the vast majority of enterprise software is clunky, slow, not open and generally painful to use. It is our mission to help knowledge workers collaborate more easily by having a shared source of truth for process data - within and across multiple organizations.

Our product helps businesses collect, map and share essential business and process data and to visualize exisiting links in that data. Boxplot helps with a range of use cases that include marketing partnerships, supply-chains, retail distribution, vendor management, relationships management and analytics.

We work for some of the most successful brands in mobility, energy, banking, retail and travel on a variety of vertical business solutions.

We are an experienced team having previously founded multiple technology companies and worked for N26, AWS, Rocket Internet, Vantik, Skill Yoga and many more.
