KMTX is a geniune tech business founded in 2017 by two serial entrepreneurs: Franck Tetzlaff - one of the founders of Doctolib, a French unicorn - and Arthur Querou - founder of MotionLead, which was acquired by Adikteev. We raised €3m and undertook 2 years of R&D to build our technology, before launching commercially in 2019. Over 150 brands currently use KMTX to run their digital campaigns including Toyota, ASUS, Samsung, Danone, Coca Cola, Adidas, Lufthansa and IBM.

KMTX empowers advertisers and agencies to make programmatic media decisions with a scientific approach. We're focusing on solving the most difficult problems in marketing and advertising to build a better, open and fair ecosystem. Join KMTX, the fastest-growing Ad tech company in France, as Talent Acquisition Manager and first member of our People team. 🤩

We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset who wants to have a great impact on the construction of our team and our growth. Here, recruitment is one of the most crucial challenges and everybody feels involved. You will work directly with Franck and Arthur (co-founders), Quentin (Head of Operations) and the hiring managers of each team.

Your key missions :

• Lead the recruitment process: source, engage, screen, test, interview and offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and their teams to deeply understand their needs and translate that into a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Advise hiring managers to ensure delivery of the recruitment process: feedback, interview training, job specs, scorecards, etc.
• Ensure a great candidate experience based on KMTX values at every stage of the process. Your obsession will be to build an inclusive and equitable process for each and every candidate.
• Grow and maintain candidate pipelines via networking, referrals, creative sourcing, social media, Boolean, events, etc.
• Enhance our employer branding efforts in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Set performance goals/metrics for talent acquisition and build data-driven recruiting reports.
• Improve and manage the on-boarding process.
• Keep up-to-date with best practices and trends.
