Every Job Board has two tabs: Search jobs and Explore companies, and you can choose the order in which these tabs are set!
The majority of GetroJobs customers prefer their Search jobs tab to be shown first, since job seekers are coming to the job board to find just that...jobs!
Some customers prefer to showcase the companies first. Job seekers may want to decide on which company they want to work for before looking at jobs. With that option, they can click each profile on the Explore companies tab to see their open jobs.
