1-2 Starting thumbs up, wind up your flag by swooping your flag flat in front of you and ending with it flat behind your back (0:04)
3 Swing your flag in front of you, silk leading, and start to move it so its above your head, left hand comes up and grabs the flag and right lets go, spinning counterclockwise
4 Start to bend forwards, making sure your back is straight and flat once you get all the way down. Flag is pointing up on 4 as you bend forwards.

5 Flag points behind you and right hand starts to come up behind you, getting ready to grab your flag on count 6.
Count 5
6 Grab flag with your right hand and your flag hits straight up on/above your back. You will be grabbing the flag thumbs up with your right hand, and letting go with your left hand.

7 Flag spins once move and points down on 7 and start to lift your chest out of a 90 degree angle.
Count 7
8 Flag is swinging up and around you, landing with your silk on your right and left hand on bottom pole cap and standing straight up again.
