A Twist order was placed, for which the genetic DNA sequence of the Lc2OGD2 gene was optimized using the respective tool from Twist Bioscience. Subsequently, a quotation for a clonal gene (CG) was made, using PET-28a(+) as the vector and the restriction enzyme cloning method (BamHI and XhoI). The result of this is shown below
