1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Agreement" or "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "user") and Vlad Volkov, a sole proprietorship based in Lithuania ("I", "me", or "my").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the TV Cast mobile application for iOS and any directly related services or features (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and should delete it from your device.

I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What the App does

TV Cast is a utility app that lets you send photos, videos, and music from your iPhone to a compatible TV receiver on your local Wi-Fi network, and that helps you enable Screen Mirroring for web pages and other content. Supported receivers include:

• Chromecast and Chromecast-built-in devices
• Google TV devices
• AirPlay 2 receivers (Apple TV, select smart TVs)

The App requires a working Wi-Fi connection and that your iPhone and receiver are on the same local network. TV Cast does not control, endorse, or guarantee the behavior of any TV, receiver firmware, operating system, or third-party service.

3. Changes to this agreement

I may update or modify this Agreement at any time at my sole discretion. When I do, I will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

4. Age restrictions

The App is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. By accessing the App, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. I do not knowingly permit the use of the App by individuals under 17. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's device use.

5. Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to me. Use of the App is subject to my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, store, and disclose your personal data, and describes your rights under applicable privacy laws. By using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions

6.1 General

The App is free to download. Core casting features require an active premium subscription, purchasable via the Apple App Store. Prices and available plans may vary by location.
