1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy is a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", or "user") and Vlad Volkov, a sole proprietorship based in Lithuania ("I", "me", or "my").

This Policy applies specifically to the TV Cast mobile application for iOS and any directly related services (collectively, the "App"). It explains how I collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you access or use the App.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how I handle your personal information.

2. Privacy at a glance

• TV Cast does not require an account.
• TV Cast does not upload your photos, videos, or music to any server I control.
• When you cast local media, your files are streamed from your iPhone directly to your TV over your local Wi-Fi network via a temporary on-device HTTP server. Files never leave your LAN.
• I do not sell your personal data. I do not integrate third-party advertising networks.

3. Information I collect and how

When you use the App, the following categories of personal data may be processed:

Device identifiers

Anonymous device identifiers such as Apple's Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), internal install IDs, and IP address. These are used for app functionality, crash diagnostics, and purchase attribution.

Commercial information

In-app subscription status and purchase history. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; I only receive the entitlement state (for example, "premium active") from RevenueCat, my subscription management provider.

Device information

Device model, operating system version, app version, screen size, language, time zone, and network type. Used for diagnostics and to deliver the correct UI layout.

Usage information

Anonymous information about which app features you use (for example, that you opened Cast Photos or Cast Videos), and information about app stability. I do not record the content of your media, the URLs you visit, the names of the files you pick, or the names of TVs you cast to.
