YOU, THE CLIENT:
ᰔᩚ May NOT use the artwork for commercial use.ᰔᩚ May print your commission for personal use ONLY.ᰔᩚ May NOT edit the artwork in any way without prior written permission.ᰔᩚ You may post the work to your own website/social media, but you must credit and/or link back to me.ᰔᩚ You CANNOT mint or resell the artwork as an NFT, or involve it with NFTs in any way, shape, or form. No exceptions.
I, THE ARTIST:
ᰔᩚ Reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, without explanation.ᰔᩚ Retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork and have said rights to post the artwork to any of my social media, to my portfolio, or to promote my work in any way I see fit. If you do not want your piece posted, it must be specified beforehand.

ᰔᩚ I accept USD payments through PayPal invoicing and Ko-Fi through their commissions page.
ᰔᩚ Please do not send the money directly to me, and do not send it before your order has been accepted.
ᰔᩚ I will not start on the commission until payment has been sent in full or in parts when discussed beforehand.
ᰔᩚ Edits may be requested during the sketch phase for no charge, but afterwards may cost extra depending on how big the change is.
ᰔᩚ A refund request will not be entertained after the first draft has been sent.
ᰔᩚ I have the right to cancel & refund at any point if I believe that I cannot deliver due to personal/life issues out of my control.
