For all intents and purposes, "I" will refer to myself as the artist. "You" will refer to any reading this TOS/The Commissioner.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

There will be no refunds or returns unless I send confirmation of such. I can deny a refund and/or return for any reason.

• This term is set in place to prevent scammers from buying, and then claiming that I did not satisfy the agreement, refunding the money in the process and obtaining my work for free.
• In most instances, I will allow the refund, however I am still required to personally send confirmation of such.

RESALE OF ARTWORK

Once the artwork/item you have purchased has been paid for, you cannot, under any circumstances, resell the artwork. You may only give it to someone else for free.

• This term is set in place to prevent people from making money off of myself.

GENERATIVE AI

No artwork of mine that you purchase or see will ever be allowed to be submitted into anything regarding Generative AI. By commissioning me and/or purchasing from me, you agree that none of the pieces I have shown here, have submitted to the public, or leaked images of my work will ever be knowingly submitted into any kind of Generative AI learning algorithm. The repercussions of this include fines and/or take down orders for my artwork. The only exception to this is if I have given permission. I am allowed to revoke this permission at any time.

• I do not want any work of mine to be associated with Generative AI. I am the one who created this work and I will not have a machine using it against my permission and will.

NFT's

You agree that even after purchases, nothing that you have obtained or seen on my showcases or from other commissions/requested artwork will be turned into an NFT.

• NFT's harm artists, and I am of the firm belief that they do not belong anywhere, especially on my personal artwork.

TOS CHANGES

Unless you have an active commission with me, I do not need to notify you of any TOS changes made. If you have a current active commission, you can choose rather or not it applies to you or not.

• I have no way of reaching out to every person and notifying them that my TOS has changed. This way that I have created enables those who are in the process of a commission to be notified that their commission is being worked on during an active TOS change.
• Most of the time, nothing will happen due to this. On the off chance that something is affected, it is stated that you have the option of abiding by it, as when you agreed to the terms, they would have been different.
