🤓Rarible Protocol is a set of tools for NFT builders. It was developed by Rarible.com and later inherited by Rarible DAO. It is a protocol governed by the $RARI token. There is no legal entity to our DAO. To understand how the protocol works, watch this non-technical video or this document. For more information, please visit www.rarible.org.

Our DAO uses many tools to get our work done. Below are some of the tools we use:

1. Discord: this is where most of the "talking" happens. Whether you are a dev working on a project, or someone looking to work for the DAO, I would recommend joining.
2. Notion: This is Notion. It's the Bible of information for the DAO... still very much in progress.
3. Our Forum: This is where proposals are submitted for funding (both at the Rarible DAO, and Working Group level, explained below)
4. Snapshot: this is where voting happens on proposals. We have snapshots for the parent DAO as well as Working Groups. Each Snapshot instance also has their own shared multisig wallet using Gnosis Safe.
5. Newsletter: this is where we send our DAO updates
6. Twitter: for tweeting

The DAO itself is structured into Working Groups. Below is a rough idea of what these working groups are, and the people involved. Although it is still a work in progress, we are moving towards a model where each working group has their own funds, and governance process, independent of the parent Rarible DAO. The flow of funds would move from the parent Rarible DAO, to the working groups, and those working groups would be responsible for hiring, reporting, accountability internal to their group.
