Sooo…What exactly is the Portal Series? And why should I even read this here? 💌

The Portal Series is a Collection of special Guided Visualization Meditations that provide a magical, whimsical & incredibly powerful way to connect to yourself, your intuition and to collapse timelines by bringing your desired reality into the now.

In these meditations you quite literally step through a portal, into a world where you’re already living, embodying and experiencing life as your most elevated self. This series is a way to connect almost instantly to your soul, higher self, soul and highest timeline.

I created this for the intuitive dreamers who know their inner world is just as real as the outer one. For the ones that ‘’imagined’’ (or in my opinion, actually truly saw) magical worlds they felt connected to as children and then were taught by the world to leave all the magic that felt like home behind. The ones that long for a more magical way to expand their lives and to simply lead more heart-led, whimsical, soft, beautiful lives full of purpose and joy.

For the sensitives who've always felt "too much." For the creatives who think in imagery, not logic. For the souls who remember magic because they never fully left it behind.

This is your way back in.

This meditations series is meant to be anything but a chore. It was created to be joyful and to naturally and easily evoke a remembrance of what you already knew to be true as a child. And not only do you get to reconnect to magic and your child-like wonder through these practices, but without even really noticing, you effortlessly practice the power of visualization. While doing these, you are quite literally teaching your body and cells brain what this reality feels like and through these emotions, you collapse timelines. You effortlessly become an energetic match for the reality you want to call in.

I’ve meditated consistently for the past 5+ years and I’m also incredibly passionate about manifestation. I’ve tried hundreds of different meditations and I found that connecting to the magical world I knew to be real as a child and using it as a portal to connect deeply to my purpose & to receive intuitive wisdom, was the most powerful approach I ever found.

How & Why Manifestation and Visualization REALLY Work

Your brain doesn't know the difference between a vivid imagination and a lived experience, we’ve all heard that eeeeverywhere on the internet before by now. But it’s true. The best way to truly feel it yourself, right now, is by imagining a lemon or a sour gummy. Truly imagine biting into it and immediately notice how it makes you salivate. Yes, you did that, entirely with your mind.

There are also other proven scientific studies that show how visualization has an effect on actual muscle growth by athletes practicing active visualization for 30min each day, without as much as lifting a muscle, just by imagining that they are.

Manifestation and the different ‘’Laws’’ of the Universe can be tricky to understand, because they often go against everything we’ve been taught and how we’ve been going through about life.

Here’s my bulletproof recipe (and yes, our egos might try to resist these at first, because these things go against what society tells us to do.)

  1. Accept the reality and circumstances you’re in Stop fighting against it, even if it’s going against everything you think you should do. We think by accepting our current state, we allow it to persist or we allow it to expand even more. We think accepting means weakness, giving up or allowing more bad things to happen to us. We think we cannot stop fighting our current circumstances, because if we don’t fight, nothing changes. We don’t want to accept, because most of us don’t like the circumstances we’re in. But through continuous fighting, we attract more of what keeps us in the same energy and we also give all of our energy to the unwanted circumstances. Accept your circumstances now, since in this current moment or in the next few minutes at least, they likely won’t change. There is no use to fighting, the only thing it does long-term is keep you in a restricted, stressed and tight energy. You’ve likely tried ‘’fighting’’ against your circumstances your entire life so why not at least TRY replacing it with Acceptance and simply seeing what happens. When you accept circumstances, you see that the opposite of what you think happens, happens. In the moment you do, your entire body fills with peace. You feel light and you feel calm. Just notice how much more energy you have to focus on the things you actually want to call in.
  2. Manifest without Expectations (This is difficult because, obviously we manifest to get something specific right?) but like mentioned above, if we manifest something from the energy of not having it and using manifestation to get to it, the world still mirrors back ‘’lack’’ to us. What if, without expectation or ‘’needing’’ something, we would just sit down and do these meditations, just because they give us joy. Not because we NEED anything from them. This attracts everything. Whenever I struggle with this, I just tune into the feeling of already sitting somewhere. I don’t have to manifest sitting somewhere, because I already am. What does that feel like, to already have something without needing to manifest it?
  3. Simply FEEL Joy in the Now, without needing a reason and without doing it to get something. This is the last key. Do we really, truly need a reason to feel Joy? Or can it simply be evoked within us because it is our birthright? Of course it can. Like mentioned above, the key here is to simply practice being at peace and happy now. Without doing it to get somewhere. Embodying this energy in the present moment, without secretely constantly waiting for a future thing to bring us that feelings. What happens when we realize that all the things we crave in the future are actually just emotions that we desperately crave. Without emotions tied to things, the things would become ‘’worthless’’ to us- The moment we realize we can freely, without reason, evoke each emotion within us right now, in this present moment. We collapse timelines. There is no need to ‘’want’’, to ‘’try’’, to ‘’need’’. We’re simply just happy, now. And can you imagine what beautiful, incredible things this embodied energy attracts? (Spoiler Alert: It’s likely better than anything you could’ve ever imagined)

AND THE PRESENT MOMENT IS THE PORTAL.

There is ONLY ever the present moment (yes, even if it’s difficult to grasp sometimes, since most of us spend 95% of our lives either in the past or future) and I cannot even begin to tell you how powerful it is to intentionally sit down in the present moment while visualizing joy, peace, abundance & radiance.

When you visualize something with detail, embodiment and heightened emotion, your nervous system and your entire body respond as if it's happening right now, because.. well it is! Your cells are quite literally shifting and preparing themelves for a new reality.

And since you are not just a body (you are an electromagnetic field), visualization changes your vibration. The energy, the emotions, the insight and the feelings you embody as you enter this portal are real. Through this, you literally embody a different frequency with INTENTION. And that frequency then attracts matching experiences.

How to Use these Meditations (SUPER Important to Read!)

There are multiple meditations and each one serves a different purpose. Simply choose the one you feel the most drawn to (your intuition/gut will tell you).

Each guided meditation lasts around 15-20 minutes, but also includes around 10 minutes of unguided meditation music playing at the end so you can continue to feel and embody the world you just stepped into.

I recommend doing the meditation seated, but it can also be used laying or even standing up. It’s best to carve out some time in your day where you won’t be interrupted and are in a place you feel safe & comfortable in. It’s also possible that after stepping through the portal, you want to stand up, move, smile or even change your posture. Make sure you’re not in a space where you feel worried about being perceived or judged, so you can be free to authentically express whatever wants to come forward. This meditation should also be done with your eyes closed.

This is also not merely an imaginative experience, but a full-body experience. Don’t only imagine it all with your mind, but FEEL this reality. Your Feelings are the Portal.

I also really recommend tuning your awareness into your body throughout the meditation as often as you can. Truly feel and embody that version of yourself in that world and reality. I recommend moving your toes, straightening your spine and also feeling the ground you’re sitting on whenever you remember as well, using it as a tool to take your body on this journey with you. Through this you change your physical state through the emotions you feel and you teach your body and cells chemically what your desired reality feels like. You quite literally pull everything you’ve ever wanted and desired into the present moment. You collapse timelines. You do the unimaginable, the unthinkable. You change your entire life just then.

THE SIMPLIFIED KEY: SIMPLY ENJOY THIS WORLD. Don’t stress, force or do this as a means to get anything. Simply step into this world with curiosity and joy. Like a child, just enjoy, experience and wonder. During these meditations there is nothing you need to do, nowhere you have to be, nothing you have to ‘’achieve’’.
