• Focus timer with ambient audio sessions
• Breathing exercises and mindfulness tools
• Daily reflections and journaling
• Achievement system and challenges
• Push notifications and reminders

The App is designed to assist users in setting, tracking, and achieving personal goals. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
