1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Maylee!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and Lora Thompson ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Maylee mobile application (the "App," "Application," or "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the App. Your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Maylee. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2.2 Parental Consent

If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2.3 Verification

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate that user's access and delete any associated data.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

3.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
