1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to the participation in the Surf & Yoga Retreat in Morocco organized by Agata Śmiarowska in collaboration with HeyOla Surf Morocco (“Local Provider”).

By submitting the application form and paying the deposit, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Services Provided by the Organizer (Agata Śmiarowska)

The Organizer is responsible for:

• Yoga classes, workshops, circles, and the retreat’s wellbeing program
• Curating the atmosphere, values, and group experience
• Coordinating the daily flow of activities with the Local Provider
• Supporting participants, communication, and overall care

The Organizer is not a travel agency or tour operator.

2.2 Services Provided by the Local Provider (HeyOla Surf Morocco)

The Local Provider is responsible for:

• Accommodation in a private villa
