Purpose of the App Testr provides: AI-generated testosterone impact ratings (1–10 scale) Barcode scanning for product analysis Habit logging and “test booster/killer” feedback Suggestions, recommendations, and content for educational purposes only Testr does NOT provide medical, health, or fitness advice. All information is informational and not a substitute for professional guidance.
No Medical Advice The App’s content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. You acknowledge that: Testosterone estimates are AI-generated and not medically validated Product ratings are opinion-based You should consult a medical professional before making health decisions Use the App at your own risk.
User Accounts You agree to: Provide accurate information Keep your login credentials secure Not impersonate others Not attempt to disrupt or misuse the App We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscription & Payments Testr may offer: Free access Paid premium features In-app purchases All payments are handled through third-party platforms (Apple, Google, or other processors). All sales are final unless required by law.
User Content By submitting scans, habits, or data, you grant Testr permission to store, analyze, and use anonymized data to improve the App. We do not sell personal identifiable information.
Privacy Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy (provided separately) for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.
AI-Generated Information AI responses may be: Inaccurate Incomplete Variable between similar inputs You agree not to rely solely on Testr for health, medical, or lifestyle decisions.
Prohibited Use You agree not to: Use the App for any illegal purpose Reverse engineer or duplicate the software Upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content Attempt to exploit the App or its users
Intellectual Property All logos, graphics, features, algorithms, text, and other IP within the App belong to Elevate AI LLC and may not be copied or reproduced.
Modifications We may update these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use of the App confirms you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of Liability Testr is provided “as-is” without warranties. Elevate AI LLC is not liable for: Decisions made based on app content Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated results Damages arising from your use of the App You use the App at your own risk.
Termination We may suspend or terminate access at any time for reasons including: Violation of these Terms Abusive or fraudulent behavior Security concerns
