BETA ADDEUS

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the ADDEUS platform, offered as part of a free BETA program to selected users.

The company ADDEUS, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Clermont-Ferrand Trade and Companies Register under number 919 239 780, with its registered office located at 22 rue Alan Turing, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand (France), provides this non-final version for testing purposes, feedback collection, and continuous service improvement.

Use of the service constitutes full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these GTU.

2. Access to the BETA platform

Access to the BETA version is free, personal, and temporary. This version is under development and may contain bugs, errors, or service interruptions.

ADDEUS does not guarantee service stability, continuity, or the absence of anomalies.

3. Account creation and ADDEUS extension

Access to the service requires the creation of an ADDEUS account and the installation of the ADDEUS browser extension.

By creating an account and installing the extension, the user:

• confirms being at least 18 years old and having legal capacity to enter into contracts;
• agrees that certain data from their LinkedIn account may be collected and used in accordance with Article 4.

4. Processing of LinkedIn data and contacts

By accepting these GTU, the user gives explicit consent to ADDEUS to collect, process, and use certain data from their LinkedIn account as part of the platform’s operation.
