1.1 These regulations govern all types of relationships related to the cargo service (hereinafter referred to as CARGO) provided by Alpha Cargo LLC.
1.2 CARGO will receive goods and shipments (hereinafter referred to as CARGO ITEMS) delivered to its address in Ereen city, PRC (hereinafter referred to as EREEN), and provide cargo transportation service on the Ereen–Ulaanbaatar route.
1.3 The customer or shipper (hereinafter referred to as CLIENT) must carefully review these regulations before receiving the service, and the right to receive the service shall only be granted if the CLIENT fully accepts the terms stated herein.
1.4 Both CARGO and the CLIENT shall jointly monitor the implementation of these regulations.
2.1 The CLIENT may send cargo to our address in Ereen from anywhere in the world, and the CLIENT shall bear the transportation cost to Ereen city.
2.2 We will receive the cargo at our Ereen address and forward it to Ulaanbaatar. If the shipment requires payment of a domestic Chinese delivery fee (hereinafter referred to as CHINA TRANSPORT) upon receipt, the CLIENT must notify us in advance. We can pay CHINA TRANSPORT when receiving the shipment.
2.3 If CHINA TRANSPORT is paid in Ereen, the amount will be added to the Ereen–Ulaanbaatar transport cost once the cargo arrives in Ulaanbaatar.
2.4 The Ereen–Ulaanbaatar transport fee refers to the cost of transportation from Ereen city to Ulaanbaatar city.
2.5 The Ereen–Ulaanbaatar transport fee will be calculated separately for each batch of goods, regardless of how many times they arrive. Oversized items and bulky but lightweight cargo will be charged by volume (cubic meter).
2.6 If the CLIENT sends prohibited items to our address, all damages and liabilities shall be borne by the CLIENT.
3.1 Transportation consists of two main stages: delivery to our warehouse in Ereen, and transportation from Ereen city to Ulaanbaatar.
3.2 Cargo stuck in another city, partially shipped, or not shipped at all by the seller will not be the responsibility of CARGO.
3.3 If cargo has arrived at our Ereen address but is lost or damaged on the way to Ulaanbaatar, CARGO shall be responsible.
3.4 Delivery speed and transportation depend directly on customs conditions. During public holidays or in the event of force majeure, shipments may be delayed indefinitely. Force majeure includes but is not limited to: fire, earthquake, storm, lightning, flood, riots, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, protests, epidemics, war, terrorist attacks, government orders, bans, or other reasons beyond the parties’ control.
