DEFINITIONS

• METASOCCER: METASOCCER, S.L.
• Blockchain: the decentralized and distributed public network that METASOCCER uses in each case for the correct provision of the Service.
• Platform: website [https://www.metasoccer.com] and equivalent mobile application through which the User accesses the Services.
• Service/Services: the service offered through the METASOCCER platform consists of a Marketplace through which the user may (i) acquire non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") linked to the video game intrinsic to them; (ii) or sell such NFTs to other users of the platform; both available with the intrinsic token of the platform (MSU tokens).
• Wallet: a set of cryptographic elements that allow the custody of the balance of Cryptoassets deposited in it by a single User.
• Cryptoassets: digital assets or virtual digital currencies issued through computer protocols and not backed by an entity or Central Bank. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following digital assets shall be considered Cryptoassets: (https://app.metasoccer.com/club)
• User: natural person registered on the Platform who accesses the Services.
• NFT: non-fungible tokens of ERC-721 standard, designed to run on the Blockchain selected by the Platform.
