By downloading, installing, or using the Become — Daily Quotes application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
LIONCOURT LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
The App allows you to create custom quotes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By creating User Content within the App, you grant LIONCOURT LLC a limited license to store and sync that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you.
You agree not to create content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
All content provided within the App by LIONCOURT LLC, including but not limited to quote collections, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LIONCOURT LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Quotes attributed to third parties are used for inspirational and educational purposes. All quote attributions are provided in good faith.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.
The App may offer premium features ("Premium") through a subscription. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's terms of purchase. Subscription management and cancellation must be done through your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
