Whether you applied to speak (probably), volunteer, attend, or partner with us to build a community we're all proud of, we're happy to be connected.

In this email we'll answer the questions we get most often, and venture to introduce our work in a memorable way.

Speakers want to know:

When are auditions?

Our auditions open for about a week, usually several months before each event. Look out for our emails. Make sure you add us to your contact list so we don't go to spam.

Our speaker coaching is more involved than most TEDx events, so you'll want to be a part of our process from beginning to end for best results for you and our audience. Even if you were invited to speak or you've spoken a million times, you'll still need to make a little audition video to introduce yourself to our team.

Please participate in our audition process, as it's the only avenue onto our stage.

Attendees want to know:

When can I get tickets?

If you've filled out any of our forms you'll get a notification when tickets go on sale, and if they're already on sale you probably got redirected to our ticket sales page after you filled out our form! You can re-fill out that form any time to get back to ticketing.

We'll announce early bird deals on all our social platforms as well. You can follow @TEDxCOS on FB, Twitter, and Insta to learn more and meet our speakers as they get announced before each event! :)

What do I need to do next?

Reply to our introductory email and let us know what a valuable partnership looks like to you. How can we be of service to your mission? What will our audience love knowing about you? What other events do you sponsor in town?

We'll be in touch with updates about Sponsor/Partner events as they happen as well.

Volunteers want to know:

How do I get started?

Don't worry, you'll get emailed most of all. :P We have semi-regular volunteer meet & greets, sometimes virtual, sometimes in person.

If you happen to have 10 hours a week free, an incredible passion for TED events, and want to be a part of the executive team, you can just hit reply to this email and let us know how you'd like to help!

Tickets go on sale several months before each event. Auditions are always open. Sometimes we host events at the Ent Center for the Arts, and other times we host them online. Occasionally we have smaller events at other venues.
