Privacy Policy — TCG Tracker AU

This privacy policy explains how the TCG Tracker AU mobile application ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information.

The app is operated as a personal project from Australia. We are the sole operator and data controller. We are not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, or any retailer mentioned in the app.

1. What information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Email address — collected when you create an account, used solely for authentication and account recovery.
• Discord webhook URL — only collected if you choose to enable Discord alerts. Used to send product alerts to a Discord channel of your choosing.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Push notification token — a random identifier issued by Expo and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging when you grant push notification permission. Used solely to deliver product restock alerts. Has no inherent connection to your identity outside our database.
• Last-active timestamp — used to enforce a security re-login after 30 days of inactivity.

1.3 Information stored only on your device

The following are stored locally on your device using Android's secure storage and never transmitted to us:

• Wishlist (which products you have saved)
• App preferences (filter settings, marketplace toggle, TCG filter, notification toggle)
• Disabled retailer sources
• Custom keyword alert preferences

1.4 What we do NOT collect

• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or files
