Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the TARIAN Cycle Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to the provisions set out below.

1. Program Description

The TARIAN Cycle Program allows customers to return an authentic TARIAN optical frame to TARIAN in exchange for a voucher, subject to eligibility and validation.

Returned frames are processed at our Paris Atelier. Depending on their condition, frames may be reused, restored, returned to circulation, donated to charitable initiatives, or directed toward responsible recycling.

TARIAN is committed to responsible sorting and recycling practices. Each returned frame is inspected and its components are carefully separated and processed according to internal traceability procedures designed to ensure transparency, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the Program:

1. The frame must be an authentic TARIAN frame.
2. The frame must be complete, including the original front and temples.
3. Damaged frames are accepted, provided they remain complete.
4. Only one frame may be submitted per voucher request.
5. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined toward the purchase of a single new frame.
6. Frames purchased during Archive Sales are not eligible for participation in the Program.

TARIAN reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
