- Tomer Sharon did research and discovered there's a strong need for PM's and startup founders to get answers to the questions they ask themselves about users, but there isn't a strong want to get answers other than the one's they're getting on their own

- They were asking themselves the right questions, the answers however, were wrong.
- Tomer asked the participants to organise thw questions into logical groups. They formed 8 groups.
- Tomer summarised each group into one question
The danger of focusing on user "wants"
- A lot of great people with good intentions, confuse needs and wants
- He gets responses about what people want
- he got some things which looked interesting and if you were in his position, you might have acted on these
