When the machine's dust collection function fails, proceed as follows:

1.Connect the machine to the dustbin while keeping it charged. Press the dust collection button on the remote control (or activate the dust collection function via the APP), then observe whether the machine can perform normal dust collection.

If normal dust collection occurs: This indicates the machine is functioning properly, and you may set the dust collection frequency in the APP. ②If dust collection fails: And there is no audible fan motor sound, please contact our customer service for assistance.

How to Handle When the Device Indicates "Dust Bag Is Full”

1.Check the dust bag's status.

If the dust bag is full, replace it with a new one. 2.Reinstall Partially-Filled Bag If the bag is not full, remove and reinstall it until the latch clicks into place.

3.Verify Bag Deployment Ensure the dust bag is fully expanded inside the dustbin. Smooth out folds if present

Robot Alert: "Bumper Sensor Stuck”

Solution: Clean the bumper sensor to remove obstructions. Press the bumper manually to ensure it springs back freely.

Robot Alert: "Cliff Sensor Obstructed”

Solution: Wipe cliff sensors with a dry cloth. Location: Near the bottom edge of the robot (refer to manual diagram).

Robot Alert: "Main Brush Jammed”

Solution: Open the cover above the main brush. Use the blade on the cleaning tool (stored under the base cover) to cut entangled hair. Remove debris and reassemble.
