1. Overview

The GainPath Partner Program is the official partner and referral program operated by Xharp Event Technologies LTD. GainPath serves as the partner-facing arm for our product ecosystem, enabling individuals and organizations to earn commissions by referring event organizers and businesses to our powered platforms, including BuddyVotes (e-voting) and Xharp (e-ticketing, donations, and commerce).

The program is designed to reward genuine referrals that drive real usage, revenue, and growth across our platforms.

2. Eligibility

The GainPath Partner Program is open to individuals and organizations with relevant networks, including but not limited to:

• Students
• Influencers and media producers
• Event planners and promoters
• Community leaders and organizations

Participation is subject to verification and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

3. How Referrals Work

• Each approved partner is issued a unique GainPath referral link or referral ID.
• When an organizer signs up through a partner’s referral link and begins transacting on supported platforms, the partner becomes eligible to earn commissions.
• Referred organizers are eligible for an incentive of GHS 50, credited on their first settlement, provided the organizer achieves a minimum of GHS 2,000 in total transaction volume.

This transaction threshold exists to prevent abuse, discourage low-effort or fraudulent events, and ensure incentives are issued only for legitimate, revenue-generating activity.

4. Commission Structure

• GainPath partners earn 20% of Xharp’s gross platform revenue generated from each successfully referred organizer.
• Commission calculations are automated and tracked within the GainPath dashboard.
